All items sold are covered by the following terms and conditions:

Full payment to be received before your order is dispatched

Any item incorrectly ordered must be returned to Infinity at senders expense and folded and bagged in the original packaging for a refund or replacement to be sent.

Refunds will be paid by company cheque.

Any items of poor quality or wrong branding will be replaced Free of Charge.

All items are subject to availability and the brand of clothing may change but will be of equal quality.

If paying by cheque, the cheque must clear before the goods are dispatched.

All orders will be sent within 14 days.

Deliveries sent by Parcelforce require a signature as proof of delivery.

If you are not in to take delivery it can be collected from your nearest depot, a card will be left to inform you.

Infinity print & Embroidery accept no responsibility for orders damaged in transit but we can file an insurance claim with the courier on your behalf.
